    NOTES:
    ------
    (1) SAR Lupe 5 [33244/08036A] was 7s late on predictions.
    (2) Unknown 120530 [90090/12651A] was showing sharp flashes. On the
first pass 8 flashes were seen over a time span of 95s. The
smallest common denominator yields a flash period of 2.88s. Two
more flashes were seen on the second pass, 17.28s apart, still
consistent with a 2.88s flash period (6 rotations), though off in
        phase by about 0.44.
