Based on the information in the Mission Overview and from
nasaspaceflight forum
(http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=35930.0) I estimate
the following approximate orbital elements.

Parking orbit (2014-12-15T00:31:22 to 01:23:28)
1 72501U 14349.06418981 .00000000 00000-0 50000-4 0 05
2 72501 51.5500 95.0000 0000000 0.0000 0.0000 16.37299487 03
Intermediate orbit (2014-12-15T01:41:23 to 03:44:57)
1 72502U 14349.06418981 .00000000 00000-0 50000-4 0 06
2 72502 49.9000 95.0000 2627451 0.0000 0.0000 10.15008926 03
Transfer orbit (2014-12-15T04:02:58 to 09:03:09)
1 72503U 14349.16247685 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 00
2 72503 47.6000 95.0000 7229569 0.0000 0.0000 2.27716476 02
Geostationary orbit (2014-12-15T09:17:24 onwards)
1 72504U 14349.38173611 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 02
2 72504 0.0000 95.0000 0000000 0.0000 180.0000 1.00699959 01

The end of the third burn of the Briz-M, and the subsequent separation
of the APT (Auxiliary Propellant tank), happen around shadow exit. The
objects will then about about 1800 km in altitude above Spain and
should be visible for most of Europe. If there are any observers
outside observing the Geminids, they may want to keep an eye out for
this event.

Regards,
    Cees
