Hi Joe,

They indeed observed the fuel dump of the Fengyun 2F launch.

The fuel dump is also visible in MASCOT all sky camera at Cerro
Paranal, the ESO VLT site in Chile. Those images show two clouds
rising from the West from 01:50UT to 02:20UT, coincident with the
first space-track elements attributed to this launch (40367/14090A).

Here is an animated GIF of the MASCOT images (note the bright Moon and
the error in camera orientation; North is up, West on the right).
