The fuel dump is also visible in MASCOT all sky camera at Cerro Paranal, the ESO VLT site in Chile. Those images show two clouds rising from the West from 01:50UT to 02:20UT, coincident with the first space-track elements attributed to this launch (40367/14090A). Here is an animated GIF of the MASCOT images (note the bright Moon and the error in camera orientation; North is up, West on the right). https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/52579487/20141231_Fengyun2F_mascot.gif Happy new year!
