A sunny day after a week with clouds and rain.In the afternoon some
clouds that cleared almost completely at dusk. Later high clouds from
the next front came in.

13923 83 022A was R with P ~ 2.5 sec.
At the 2nd point the satellite flared.

20692 has higher residuals in X-track
20691 is 1.2 sec late on 2 day old TLE.
