These are 5 points out of a series of 60 images of 5 seconds each taken by Krisztián Sárneczsky with the 60-cm Schmidt of Piszkéstetö Stn. (MPC 461) in Hungary, in evening twilight of October 24. The long image series primarily served to map the brightness variation of this slowly tumbling trans-Lunar object. In mid September I determined a peak-to-peak periodicity of 423 seconds. For this new late October series, I find a peak-to-peak periodicity of 384 seconds, 39 seconds less. So the periodicity is evidently changing. There is also a hint of a fainter secondary maximum inbetween two main peaks. Brightness profile can be seen here: https://drla.stackstorage.com/index.php/s/AbQ97uQTcFEuaYD Same obs as above, but in MPC format: NET UCAC-4 2013-070B C2015 10 24.73632 21 34 49.80 -13 24 38.6 15.5 R 461 2013-070B C2015 10 24.75151 21 35 15.94 -13 27 29.8 15.7 R 461 2013-070B C2015 10 24.75467 21 35 21.34 -13 28 04.4 15.3 R 461 2013-070B C2015 10 24.75698 21 35 25.27 -13 28 29.8 15.8 R 461 2013-070B C2015 10 24.76019 21 35 30.76 -13 29 03.7 15.5 R 461 - Marco ----- Dr Marco Langbroek - SatTrackCam Leiden, the Netherlands. e-mail: sattrackcam_at_langbroek.org Cospar 4353 (Leiden): 52.15412 N, 4.49081 E (WGS84), +0 m ASL Cospar 4354 (De Wilck): 52.11685 N, 4.56016 E (WGS84), -2 m ASL Station (b)log: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com Twitter: _at_Marco_Langbroek ----- _______________________________________________ Seesat-l mailing list http://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-lReceived on Sat Dec 05 2015 - 08:42:59 UTC
