Trans-Lunar rb 2013-070B (Chang'e 3 rb) changing flash rate: fuel leak?

Hi all,

I already briefly mentioned it in a report of observational data a few days ago: 
but something appears to have happened to 2013-070B, the Chang'e 3 CZ-3C upper 
stage which moves in a Trans-Lunar orbit.

The flash cycle duration has suddenly come down. One posibility is that it has 
developed a fuel leak.
