Morning Alberto I have a report of an unknown bright steady satellite being seen from Karachi on 29 November at 13h39m07s UT and , assuming a circular orbit, get an inclination of around 37 degrees and orbital height 321km. If this is OTV4 then it was running about 47 minutes late. Of course I could be wrong as direction of travel was not given, otherwise inclination around 141 degrees which indicates an Ofeq but none of the Ofeqs were anywhere close.
