Twitter sources report that the SpaceX DRAGON CRS-13 launch has been delayed
again, to Friday 15 December 15:33 UT.

This unfortunately means NW-Europe will lose sighting opportunity as the pass
over Europe moves into very deep twilight (sun altitude only -3 degrees for my
location).

If it does not launch Friday and gets delayed again, launch will not be before
Christmas.
