Here is the imagery by Klaas Jobse:

It shows two objects plus a cloud. One of the objects (the Cryogenic Main Stage,
jettisoned about 10 minutes earlier?) is tumbling.

The other object, which is fuzzy too, is probably the EPS with the satellites
still attached, at the start of its coasting phase.

Imagery from period ~18:53 - 18:58 UT (I am awaiting more accurate times).
