A photo of recently launched Cosmos 2524 and its flashing rocket 2017-076B

On 12 DEC 2017 I observed at 16h59m UT just above Polaris the overtaking of
Cosmos 2524 (2017-076A) by its rocket 2017-076B orbiting at much lower
altitude.

The bright rocket was nicely flashing on a 13s period.
