NOTES:
----------
(1) Slowly getting there !   The problem with elevation loosing
     calibration appears to have been solved. The mount also tracks
     much smoother than previously. Still have an intermittent problem
     that pops up from time to time - suspect its related to a power
     transistor getting too hot and shutting down - still to identify
     which transistor is playing up.

(2) CLIO observed at elevation of about 13 degrees in heavy light
     pollution.
