    I doubt that. If anything, I feel the activities of the observers on this list and the fact that the expertise of some of us is now regularly called on by the press, has a higher profile.
    
    The move could signal a more realistic approach towards secrecy within the US military Space program. For the communication satellite component, it was a bit silly that, for example, planned AEHF operational longitudes were published in a publicly available Defense journal, and then the TLE kept secret. Also, more and more of these communications sats are shared programs with several allied countries, which puts limits to secrecy.
    
    I doubt everything will be declassified, they will try to keep some of their more strategic assets under wraps. Which is where we come in.
