I was looking for 48849 USA 316-MINOTAUR 1 R/B 21-52D when I observed an
unexpected ISS looking object.  It was as bright as Jupiter, -2.3.
With Stellarium, I identified it as NOSS 2-1 rocket.  I've read that it
gets bright, but has it ever been this bright?
