~15.3, as they sun shield deploys further I would guess it may just get 
brighter or at least hold it's own.  There seems to be a strong phase 
angle effect to with respect to local meridian.  JWST faded up ~25 
degrees prior to arriving at meridian and out about 25 degrees past.  I 
wonder if it may even flare on the journey out to E-S L2?
