Launch from Florida was at 4:01 UT on 29 December 2023.

I observed it from Falcon, Colorado USA starting about 00:53:30 UT
on 30 December 2023. This was a 35 degree elevation pass rising
near due west and passing a few degrees under Polaris.

I did not use binoculars to get better details but the thing that
seemed atypical was that several of the objects at the front of the
train were brighter than the majority of the trailing objects.

It is possible...not verified...that those could have been the six
or so satellites that have a Direct to Cell capability.
