I cannot believe that this object is still in orbit.  Due to several
perturbations it is most likely that this satellite, which is(or was) in an
unstable orbit, has decayed.  The people who compiled the RAE table believed
that this object would stay in orbit for about 3 1/4 year, so it should have
decayed around 1987 Nov.
