Elsets for recent launches

I noticed that OIG is running behind on their thirty(day) elset report and 
since today (Feb 17) is a US holiday, I doubt the reports will be updated 
until tomorrow.

The following are from the automated OIG d(a)ta base.  The common names are 
my doing: hence the (?).

The 97006 series is belived to be the Tsyklon 3 launch from Plesetsk on Feb 
14.  It's suppose to consist of 6 LEO communications sats, three military 
Strela 3 sats, and three civian Gonet D sats. Note also the duplicated 
International Designation, 97006A for both 24722 and 24725.

Note the extemely high transfer orbit for JCSat 4.
