COLA is by Rob Matson (author of SkyMap as well)

PS. I am back from my Madeira vacation - missed STS-82 because of clouds
and earth shadow, HST for full moon, haze, and lack of elset precision.
I did see #20362 89097B after it passed Canary Islands to the SE, and
#23878 96033B in 25.8 deg.incl., after its apex. They were about mag.7
and I could not detect any variation.
