Windows program for time correction

Hi All,

I run my tracking software under Windows on a laptop, unfortunately it has a
poor clock. So I wrote a little program to calculate and correct the clock
drifts from manual time settings (it seemed a little thing at first but then
it turned into a tricky challenge to overcome the sloppy time management of
Windows).

It runs quite well now and the clock has an error of less than a second per
week. If anyone is interested, I'd be pleased to mail it to you (it's a zip-
file of 22 k).
