Boeing Delta 2 rocket delayed again by high altitude winds
Update for 8:30 a.m. EST 
This morning's planned launch of a Boeing Delta 2 rocket carrying five 
Iridium system satellites has been postponed due to unacceptable high 
altitude winds above Space Launch Complex-2 West at Vandenberg Air Force 
Base in California. The scrub is the seventh for the mission. Officials 
are to meet later today to select a new launch date.
