The above elset was from the SECO-2 parameters. Folks in South america
could see it. It will become visible in the US starting in the
south-eastern US as it moves towards apogee. Mike McCants may have a
chance to see it
My visibility is poor in Colorado. I am assuming that the payload will
be reasonably close for the first orbit...probably a bit late compared to
this elset.
It is not perfect. at insertion, I am off about 0.5 degrees (farther south)
and .075 degrees too far east. I assume that as it approaches apogee,
these errors become less important. But anyone looking for it should
scan to account for time and position errors.
