I haven't looked into this very fully, but I wonder if this is a sighting
of the Echo 1 balloon satelite (1960 iota 1 = 6000901 = #00049) which
decayed 1968 May 24 about 6 weeks after this sighting. Anyone have relevent
TLEs for this object nearly 31 years ago?
