was about 13 sec. late using this elset for my first observation from
our new apartment (fewer disturbing lights and almost unobstructed view
SW-NW-NE-SE, but just as cloudy/rainy/snowy, and brighter sky background)
I tried 03:30-03:45 for Superbird-A above Mars-Spica, but the Moon was
close, and the sky too hazy ?
IOD format (why are there codes for 'clouded out'/'observer N.A.' but
not 'object not seen', which can be very informative?)
