Telstar 6 launch observation

I THINK I saw the second burn of the 4th stage,
for the launch of Telstar 6. On time (11:34 UT Feb 15)
a 20 arc minute barely detectable ( 7 x50 binocs) blob appeared
near alpha Ceti. Just visible for about a minute, or maybe 2.
Observing position an area near home with a sea horizon,
but looking over 12Km (8 miles) of suburbs.
