SpaceCom released a new prediction - prepared Feb 16, 17:03 UTC ;
                    Feb 16, 22:58 UTC +/- 03 hours (35.2°S, 305.9°E)
MPM shows with the last two ELSETs 99047.674... and 99047735... again a longer
lifetime:           Feb 17, 00:54 UTC +/- 88 minutes (09.5°S, 54.6°E)
This is a northbound pass and short after perigee.
