1999-007B (25663) SL-04 R/B

The final report from SpaceCom shows the decay at:
                 Feb 21, 18:04 UTC +/- 28 minutes   (42.4°S, 108.0°E)
With the released ELSET - 99052.638... - MPM shows
                 Feb 21, 18:14 UTC +/- 22 minutes   (11.0°S, 142.5°E)
This last pass crossed on its descending part Canada and - if my prediction
correct - during ascending also Australia from SW to NE. Alice Springs was
crossing at 18:06 - 18:08 UTC with 55.9° maximum altitude at 301.5°.
