I'm getting morning predictions for the soon-to-decay (March 17
in Alan's latest list) NOSS 2-3 Rk (23907, 96-29B) for today and
the next two days. I guess I'm going to try to see it this
morning, but I hope that some who are good at getting positional
observations get a look at it also. Here's what I guess is the
most recent elset, from select.tle (also in molczan.tle,
classfd.tle, and bright50.tle):

NOSS 2-3 r 9.8 3.0 0.0 4.8 v 292 x 267 km
1 23907U 96029B 99046.01749799 .00286000 00000-0 60257-3 0 03
2 23907 63.4356 261.3837 0018499 70.1841 289.8159 15.98094391 03

I checked OIG's latest 60-day decay report -- it's not listed.
There are several Deltas, but no monster Titans.
