#25176 = 88- 11 B = COMETS H2 r SpaceCom's final decay notice puts this decay at Feb 1 09:46 +-22m at 3.5 S, 46.2 E, while I get Feb 1 09:51 +-30m at 20.4 S, 77.7 E. Clearly, this came down closer to SpaceCom's estimate than my earlier SatEvo ones. Perhaps more worrying is the fact that none of today's elsets and none of today's SpaceCom decay warnings were posted on OIG's site until some time after the decay. This may have been an accident, but something similar occurred with last week's decay of #16885. Both SpaceCom and I put the decay on southbound leg of the orbit described by the final elset...
