Going with the below elset, i observed in my 10x50s what i believe was Cosmos 2369 #26069 00006A pass 2 deg below (NE) Alkaid in Ursa Major at 02:46:35 4 Feb UTC +/- 2 sec. Mag varied slightly between 4.5 and 5. I don't know if it was because of atmospheric disturbances causing the mag variation as it's elevation was only 17 deg or it may have been SL-16 R/B #26070 00006B i saw. However the timing indicates that it was Cosmos 2369.
