    1999-049E (#25911) SL-04 R/B - GlOBALSTAR R/B

MPM shows with the ELSETs 00046.605... - 00047.159... the decay on
                      17 February, 16:15 UTC +/- 01 hour (50.4°S, 128.1°E)
on an ascending pass over the Indian Ocean. This is in good agreement with
Alan's and SpaceCom's last predictions on the same orbit. The next ELSETs may
open the possibility for a fine tuning of the ballistic coefficient and therefore
also for a more precise prediction.
