USA 129 was found again yesterday, but not by me, after having been "lost" since Jan.27. It was then about 51 s late wrt. a search elset I issued to some interested members. The error increased to 76 s today, when I was able to see it. This means my assumed MM should be decreased by 0.004, and the small orbit raise was performed four days later than I assumed, ie. around Jan.31. I also added 0.6 deg. to RAAN No doubt better orbits will be presented shortly.
