2000-019E (#26710) Proton Upper Stage Auxiliary Motor

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Feb 24, 16:28 UTC - shows the decay on
                    24 February, 13:07 UTC +/- 55 minutes (41.2°N, 207.4°E)
on a southbound pass over the Pacific.
This is - within one minute - in good agreement with my preceding prediction.

My final analysis with the ELSETs 01055.3326... - 01055.4831... and the actual
10.7 cm flux and AP delivers only a minor change:
                   24 February, 13:06 UTC +/- 22 minutes (42.00°N, 204.72°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific.
