    A DMSP (23533, 95-015A) is a possible match, a few degrees lower
and south (alt 37, az 313) at that time, retrograde track, and
DMSPs definitely can flare. A very good match in position and
time but maybe not in track is Lacrosse 4 Rk (26474, 00-047B),
but I think that -2 -- five magnitudes brighter than predicted
-- is unlikely (but maybe possible?) for that one.
