    On Feb 15 UTC, ETS 6 (94-056A, 23230, Kiku 6) did one-power
    flashes at 4:12:41.5 to 4:13:32.1 and 4:37:05.8 to 4:38:29.9,
about 15 minutes earlier than the previous pass, three nights
before. On both nights the second group of flashes seemed to
include the brightest ones. Observing location this time was
    E. Ney Museum grounds: 30.307N, 97.727W, 150m. It looks like
it may likely be cloudy here for tonight's pass.
