    Only if those earlier reentries also showed major pieces being shed (which
    I very much doubt), so as to ascertain that this could also occur on other
    flights with nominal reentries.
    The fact that a Shuttle reentry isn't supposed to show such debris and the
    connection between the visual reports of debris falling off and the
    beginning troubles are just too obvious.
