    That is reasonable.
    
    The Governor of Maryland declared a state of emergency and
    ordered all non-medical and non-snow emergency personel off of
    Maryland roads.
    
    It was at least 60cm in Columbia Maryland (about 25 km from
    OIG's Goddard Space Flight Center.
