    Thanks Bjorn, this object was identified in an earlier exposure.
    An incorrect conversion to h,m,s, ( 2 minutes out) lead to no identification.
    I should mention that the timing requirements for asteroid astrometry
    are a clock within a second of UTC. The usual positional errors are for
    30cm SCass's about 1 arc second. Probably nearer 10 perhaps in this case.
    The overpreciseness comes of using the software meant for asteroid astrometry.

    I agree they must be same object, however the other glosnass satellites
    and rockets/debris all show motion round 980 degrees/day. For a circular orbit
    solution this object would have to be in an orbit with a height greater than 19,900 and less than 35,000 km. The only objects come to mind are the sirius1,2,3 geosynchronous comsats in 63 degree orbits.
    Perhaps somebody will calculate an orbit from the observations
