Clear with a cold N wind. 96-72A (24680) was easy to see, and almost
bang on time according to Russell Eberst/Mike McCants excellent recovery.
But observation tricky leaning out of a bedroom window to clear trees etc
so accuracy not as good as usual. Observations from Feb 23 a.m. to follow.

    David.
