The H-IIA F7 launch with MTSAT 1R is scheduled to launch on February 26
Japanese Standard Time. Launch window is from 1709 p.m.to 18:33 p.m. JST
( 0809 to 0933 on 26 February UTC.) This is the good geo for us (and
particularly good for the Aussies!) I referred to earlier.

Further launch opportunities exist through March 9 JST.

Full details including broadcast info can be obtained from
    http://mtsat1r.rocketsystem.co.jp/index2_e.html

(Still no word on definite launch time for XM 3 Sea Launch, so it appears
unlikely this will occur within at least the next 24 hours - NB for those in
USA there is a hotline listed at
    http://www.sea-launch.com/current_launch.htm )
It could also be worth watching the webcam at:
http://www.camcentral.com/camviewer.asp?script=location&item=Various&page=1&id=12334(It would appear that this still cam should be locatable from the Sea Launchsite, but I can't find the link or URL for it.)It is dark there at the moment but does not seem to show any sign of launchpreparedness as far as I can tell.RobertWainuiomataNew Zealand41.261S174.948E(lack of any recent observations of any satellites is due to frequent cloudcover)
