    Ed, why havent you asked site curator or responsible NASA
    official? they might take a request from a US citizen
    more seriously than a foreigner like me.
    I have emailed a query off the responsible official.
    However I think it came out in the discussions around
    June 8 last year(Venus Transit) that the information given comes
    from Flight dynamics at JSFC and not USAF SPace command.
