    GST on Feb 9 21:00 is 94.8092 degrees - on Nov 26 22:10
    (for which Ted computed an orbit) was 38.4335
    so assuming the ascent and target orbit remain unchanged I get 
    RAAN=252.2893.
    21:00 agree with his Nov.25 orbit, so the AOP, MA and decimals of the 
    Epoch 
    will be unchanged - :
