Note: flare just starting (mag 7) by the time I saw it. It was very obvious
to the naked eye for 2-3 minutes even with nearly full moon in Leo.
Distracted during maximum light but believe it was slightly dimmer than last
night (moon doesn't help).

Then got up this am and looked at almost same spot in sky for RS Ophiuchi at
outburst (OT).
