    I saw it on a good pass this morning at 11:25 UT passing thru the "bowl" of the "Little Dipper" just below Kochab.  Varying in brightness with a period of about 5 seconds (estimate only) and easy with 10x50s at about mag. 4 - 5.

    I just viewed Suitsat (#28933) at 12:57 UT using 7x50 binoculars.
    Max brightness around 5 and it was varying quickly to invisible.
