Okean O Image

    Hi everyone,
    A few nights ago I took advantage of a brief gap in the clouds to track an 
    86 degree pass of Okean O.
    
    I thought I had observed Okean O before and failed to resolve it but this 
    time the basic structure is clearly seen possibly because of the high 
    altitude and hence closer approach of the satellite.
    
    The image I got shows:
    
    an obvious solar panel and a main body in 2 distinct sections
    the satellite orientation matches a YVV flight mode
    it's about 12m across
