    Hmm...  L-A is secretly training as pitcher for the Boston Redsox?
    My guess is the orbit is just *wrong*. Perhaps the data is not actual
    NORAD tracking data but a search orbit based on data sent from NASA in
    a different format, and some kind of typo or parsing error screwed it up.
    Failing that, it's an unrelated piece of Proton ullage motor debris;
    failing that, they vigorously shook up a can of diet coke and stuck it
    in the bundle as propulsion....
