I have two conflicting coordinate pairs for the Tanegashima(?) H2
    launch site: +33.3300°N / +135.7000°E and +30° 24' / +130° 58'
And the final MM, after repositioning one or both, should be 15.2597.
    IGS 4A
    1 30586U 07005A 7055.23000005 .00000070 00000-0 -27388-5 0 38
    2 30586 97.3059 175.0000 0005460 357.0063 3.1142 15.25978000 30
is close to the other launch site coordinates.
