    Express report. Seen after observations reported here as a magnitude 2
    object naked eye in twilight ( sun angle -10 degrees).
    Observations made with 7x50 binoc. As it was passing thru
    the False cross and other parts of argo plenty of reference stars.
    IOD format as usual. 38 seconds early on the Heavens-above prediction
    using elements epoch 08032.26673860  .00108121
