Had a nice 73° elevation pass of USA-193. Unfortunately a thunderstorm rolled through here about 30 minutes before and left the sky mostly cloudly. Fortunately there were a few holes in the clouds so I could see it occasionally. It was barely dusk, that and because of having only small patches of sky, I wasn't able to see any stars for timing. But based on Ted's latest TLE it was relatively "on time." What I did see had it at near mag 0. The highlight of the pass was a nice flare about 15° prior to max elevation, at about 23:21:50 UT.
