    This was my first observation of the NOSS 3-4 pair since they achieved
    approximately their operational spacing, on or about Feb 18.
    
    Relative the elements I posted on Feb 17 (at URL below), 07027A was about 0.2 s
    late and on-track; 07027C was 9.3 s late, and on-track.
