    Method: Meade ETX-70 (7cm/F5) @ 14x magnification, stopwatch and Molczan's
Obsreduce software. Time ref: DCF-77 radio controlled clock

    What these numbers mean:
    http://www.satobs.org/position/IODformat.html
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Very clear after a strong cold wind blew away the clouds. No chance to scout for
USA 193 debris: they would pass too deep in twilight, and too low in the sky.

    05-042A was 0.75s late and 0.2 degree off. 05-016B was 1s early. 03-054A & C
    were 0.6s early, 01-040A was 0.35s early, 01-040C 0.2s early. The rest was on-time.

Visual and camera data on 96-072A agree well.
